Both your profile picture and background should be crop to a square with the size ot exceeding 5 MB.

No! And that’s the beauty of tap2link! All they need is a phone that can read NFC. It’s enough to just tap your card for the profile to pop up. In other case - you can also just share your profile’s custom url.

tap2link offers subscription plans but you can first try it out with a 3 day trial, completely free of charge.

Yes, you can always create a free account without having a card. Simply share your t2l profile with via link or use it in your social media bio. As for the card - you can always buy it later.

Yes! It’s possible to get a custom designed cards for larger orders. Just send us an email: support@t2l.ink.

It all depends on your preferences. You can either set your profile as private and choose who you share it with, or make it public and share the url with the world (for example for SM purposes). You can always change your profile status in settings, both in the app and just by logging to your profile on t2l.ink.

If you have problems connecting your card, please first make sure that you have only one tap2link tab open in your browser. If you’re using tap2link on two or more tabs in your browser, this process will not work. If the connection still does not work, please contact us at support@t2l.ink and we will take care of the problem as soon as possible.

You can simply request a password reset using the forgotten password function. If you forgot which email you used for registration, please contact us at support@t2l.ink.

Shipping time within Europe is typically 4-8 business days, depending on your location. Please contact us if you haven't received your order: support@t2l.ink.

After placing your order, it may take 7-10 working days for the order to arrive. If you have not received your tap2link card after 10 days, please contact us at support@t2l.ink.

You can return your t2l card within the first 30 days of the purchase. Ship it to: Donaustraße 36b, 41517 Grevenbroich, Germany. Please note that your order is subject to a 5 € restocking fee once the card has been activated. We’re sorry, this is due to a manual resetting process. The difference will be refunded to you.
